111 Monthly Goals – To Level Up Your Life And Succeed

I think that monthly goals are very important in the whole scheme of things.

I always get a little bit excited when one month is ending and another one is starting, because it just gives me a little chance to reflect and say:

“Ok. What do I want to do this month?”

I’ll also get out my monthly calendar, and I’ll start taking some notes. For example, I’ll take some notes about my health goals:

  • What are my health goals this month?
  • What habits do I want to start creating to help me with those health goals?

I’m certainly a proponent of setting monthly goals.

Monthly goals should also coincide with your yearly goals and weekly goals.

But with monthly goals, a lot of people overthink it.

Making your bed, for example, can be a monthly goal.

You may think to yourself:

“You know, I want to make my bed every morning.”

And this creates a sense of organization in your life.

But in order to stay consistent with it long-term, it may really pay to start writing this down as a monthly goal.

This is an example of a small thing, but it’s also an example of something that can also help you to make other important things happen in your life.

Another important thing to remember is this:

One of the fundamental components to monthly goals that makes them different from daily, weekly, or even yearly goals is that they’re easier and sometimes more rewarding to measure.

And this can make them extremely effective for staying motivated.

For example, you may create a goal that says:

“I’m going to reach out and contact someone close to me 5 times in the next month.”

Well, that’s a very measurable goal. And making that goal by the month not only gives you a time window for achievement that may work better for you than a weekly time window, but it is also a great frame of reference for how well you’re keeping up with the goal on a week-by-week basis within that month.

Of course, there’s a part of this that’s specific to every person. But I find that monthly goals are just really effective for helping you to measure them and stay on top of them.

With that being said, in this post, you’re going to get some awesome inspiration for monthly goals that you can incorporate into your own life. Now, this is quite an exhaustive list—so don’t feel like you need to incorporate all of these goals.

In fact, you may not even choose to incorporate any of these goals specifically into your life.

But this list could provide you with some ideas and inspiration, to help you figure out exactly what types of goals you may want to write down and start accomplishing for yourself.

Let’s dive into it, starting with goals for a healthier lifestyle.
